Debra Jay
...is a professional interventionist, specializing in older adults, with a national practice based in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. She is a former member of the clinical staff of Hanley-Hazelden Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Debra Jay is co-author of Aging and Addiction (with Carol Colleran). She is also co-author of Love First:
A Family Guide to Intervention (2d edition, Hazelden, 2008). She is also the author of the new book on codependency and the spirituality of taking action against addiction: No More Letting Go (Bantam, 2006).
She has been seen frequently on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

Carol Colleran
...is the director of the Center of Recovery for Older Adults at the Hanley Center in West Palm Beach Florida. 
Ms. Colleran is a participant in policy development and studies for several national organizations , including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the National Council on Aging, the Center of Alcohol and Substance Abuse at Columbia University, and the Millennium Assembly Task Force of the United Nations.
Ms. Colleran has produced videos in partnership with the AARP. She has also appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, and NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw.
